All items are created from scratch and therefor we have a lead time of 2-3 weeks on all our items. Our utmost will be done to shorten this lead time.

Loadshedding and power cuts will affect the lead times of product production. Due to these circumstances that is beyond our control Moonriver Design can not accept any responsibility for late deliveries. We will however be in communication if any of these circumstances influence your product completion time and do our utmost to deliver as soon as possible. 

Not all vinyl colours are always available. Please specify specific colour vinyl required on your order form. We will try and adhere to your request color, but due to high demands some colours are harder to source.

Vinyl requires around 1 week to cure. When you receive you order it will state if curing is required and for how long. Please do not wash this item before this cure time has passed.

Items are not dishwasher safe unless specifically stated. Vinyl items must be washed by hand in lukewarm water. If the water becomes to hot and item left in the water to soak the vinyl will loosen up and fall off.

Any Hessian (Burlap) material is not washable at all due to the delicate nature of the Hessian it will pull apart.

Every item is custom designed and handmade individually. Not one item will look exactly the same even though the design are the same. Differences and flaws will occur. Moonriver Design will not carry and liability if a product does not look exactly like another one that has been advertised by us on Social Media. 

Please include as much as possible information on what you want. Size, color, fonts, all names with correct spelling for personalization. Moonriver Design will not take any responsibility if the final product is not correct and have miss spelled names. 

Once your final design and payment is submitted and processed, you are liable for the entire order and outstanding amounts. No changes can be made on any order once it has been processed. If you wish to add extra items to you order you must handle it as an entirely new order. You will receive a new invoice and completion date.

 Please ensure that all the information on your invoice and design is correct. No production of your order will start before we have received proof of your 50% deposit or full payment for orders under R500.00.

Please spesify delivery or collection details as any costs related to delivery will be added to your invoice. No order will be scheduled for collection or courier if the full balance payment has not been received.

All payments to be made by EFT. No cash or cheques can be accepted.

You will receive design proofs for your approval prior to production. Please check these designs carefully for font preferences, spelling and design elements. Once approval has been send through to us, we accept that there are no problems with the designs and we therefor do not take any responsibility for any mistakes on the final product. You will be held liable for all cost if the product needs to be re-made because of this. Included in our costs are 2 design drafts. You will be charged R30 per additional draft.

You will be notified of when your order is completed and ready for collection. Collection address and times will be confirmed. Please confirm details of collection to be sure someone available to assist you. Moonrivier Designs will not take responsibility if you show up at the workshop and there is no one to assist.

If you require courier, we can send via Pudo or with our selected courier company or you can arrange your own courier. We will provide a quote before hand from the courier company based on size and town for delivery. If you wish to use your own courier company, a charge of R30 will apply for the safe packaging of your parcel.

Please ensure that your address on your order form is 100% correct. Moonriver Design will not accept any liability if a order is not delivered or delivered to the incorrect address if stated incorrectly on your order form.

We take utmost care when packaging your item to ensure that your item is not damaged. Moonriver Design will therefor not take any responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of parcels – we will also not take responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unrest, strike or any other reason.

Due to items being custom designed for each client, we do have a no refund or returns policy. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds will be given, therefor please check your order carefully before submitting your order details and your design approvals.

All products are photographed by us and watermarked to use for marketing on Social Media, website, Emails etc. Moonriver Design reserves the right to use any photographs we may take of any one of our products purpose.
